Sololearn compilers doesn`t support some libraries, including turle. Run it on Pycharm, and it should work.

Did you read the error message? sometimes useful. Turtle is not supported on the sololearn python compiler. You can do it using the web one though but it takes some extra work. Or you can use a different code editor.
