Are badges no longer a thing?

Question

I'm unable to see them in either the browser or the ios app.

To those who say I am able to see them again, I am still not. No update in the App Store. This is my view in browser: https://i.imgur.com/5MPP8cj.png

I should note I am not able to see badges on any profile.

I believe there has been a problem with the badges and maybe they will appear and disappear as the clever people solve the problem.
