Encountering an Error and can't complete module quiz

Question

I'm currently doing the 'Introduction to Python' course and have fully completed the 'Control Flow' section, however the unit still shows a blue arrow icon. I was able to still continue to the next section which has a lock icon, but when I try to complete the module quiz for that section I recieve an error,
'Oops, Error! Sorry! It seems something went wrong on our end!'
What am I meant to do about this?

Maybe a bug,don't worry sometimes its happen.

Just Update the app,Try to refresh the page, do clear cache, restart the app and then try again, issue will be fixed.
