First of all learn kotlin by completing kotlin course in sololearn and then move to youtube for lessons about android development. After you understand all the concepts then you are ready to make an application in kotlin

What can you do? You can make any app you can think of that can run within the limits of the device running it. There are infinite things you can do, as long as you know the language, have a basic understanding of how a computer turns your code into something it understands, and follow good design principles. When you find you are too deficient in one of those to move forward, ask more pointed questions, experiment with code, look online for more study material etc
