How do I display errors on the windows terminal?

Question

I'm learning c and having problems with terminal and errors. My terminal never displays a segfault error or core dumped or something like this even through running the same peace of code o another machine it happens to have errors. My terminal instead hust freeze for a moment in a black line and them behave like the program stopped. Have you any idea about how to enable the possibility of showing errors?
