why does broken image icon appears? It didn't.

Павел Сливенко 🇷🇺 in line 109 the code creates an empty image file, "file.png", and it is displayed automatically by Sololearn's batch run script. You may safely delete that line, since the last line imports another image file, "req.png", which is sufficient to trick the app into entering html display mode.
