How to update 32 bit to 64 bit?

Can i be able to increase 32-bit to 64-bit, if it's possible, how would i increase it

You upgrade by buying a new computer. :)
The number of bits is fundamentally an attribute of the hardware architecture (CPU).
If your hardware is already 64 bits, then you can install operating system on it which supports 64bits, and finally the applications.
