why is html course too short?

So, i am a quite a new horn , like i have finished python beginner course and am in progress in python core, java and html .And i just found that it was way too small and basic is there any other course like html core or something?

I guess with HTML, there aren't so many more aspects to teach that "everyone" would need to know. It becomes a "if you need it, you look it up and use it".
So, once you have those basics of HTML, the teacher is you. What do you want to know? What have you searched and tried? Did it work? Why/Why not? How can you fix/improve that?
And so on...

Main html course includes many topics of 40+ lessons.
There are other new courses related are web development fundamentals, css, responsive web .., game development with js, jquery.
