yes. in visual studio c++ you can deploy your html code and events, there are other options such as cppCMS which is a cms for cpp but its a burdensome work. however cgi classes can be written by c++ too

Of course not. Why would u use c++ for making websites ??? Html,css and js have all the required features for making superb websites. But if u want to bring a change to this usual way of making wwbsites then go for it. I Would love to see it. :)
