Well Java graphics can be generally made with the help of java.awt package and javax.swing package. I would recommend you to learn the basic of Java swing and awt here: https://www.javatpoint.com/awt-and-swing-in-java&ved=2ahUKEwiy8qXZmbX7AhVBgtgFHY0gAxYQFnoECAkQAQ&usg=AOvVaw2--HtmhnOcZETELiFbICbZ

Snehil Pandey firstly you decide what you want to become, like frontend developer or Backend developer like, if you want to go in backend developer then again choose what programming language is easy for you what you want because when you interested in that particular language then you make projects with interest and in backend various Programming Languages like c,c++, java etc.. and in all languages basic is common like loops, functions etc. But choose one or other programming languages is enough it depends on you. Look, there are many languages, but it is better to stick to one, because within that language, you have to study other languages as well. I hope it's clear to you.

If you want to do animation, I would use JavaScript. You can find tutorial videos on YouTube on how to do animation, like games and stuff like that. Java is an independent platform and has more ideas for mobile apps or apps in general. JavaScript is more idea for animation, games, learning machines, AI's systems and basic functionality.
