belal bayrakdar there is no confusion on my part. HTML, XML, XHTML are all serving the same purpose, they annotate data. Rather than having the content in a pure text file, these languages add context and meta information to each element (or piece of content), as to how it should be interpreted and what kind of attributes it has.
On its own, HTML doesn't output anything either. It is not a programming language, it doesn't "do" anything. You need to feed it to a web browser, which will make sense of all the annotations (tags) and format your content.
Similarly, you can feed XML or JSON data to an application, and it can do something useful with it, for example you might have some weather data in XML and your phone can display cloud or sun emoji in a widget, by interpreting that data.

If you understand how HTML works, actually XML is very similar and even more regular. The major difference is that in XML every tag must have a separate closing pair.

Purna Lama it's a plateform like if you have to create a button then you can select button option and for button code will be automatically written in your screen i have used earlier for Java project . Why you wanna learn XML is it for Android development for something else
