Yes, it is possible to make games with C++. But high-end 3D games that are popular and fashionable, are made by dozens and hundreds of developers who have many years of coding experience (and other professionals such as graphic artists, sound engineers, even voice actors).
Of course you can single handedly write your own game too, but that requires a lot of skill and practice.

Anyway you can start by learning the basics in the Sololearn courses, then keep finding other sources and practice a lot.
