Well dude iam a black hat, Tryhackme top 50 player an have exp in more than 4,500 CTF. Iam also CompTIA + <any „+…“ certificate>, and also Cisco CNNA certified.So i think i can anwser ur question propertly. First off to learn hacking you have to learn the real basics of internetprotokolls, also all fundamental knowledge about Linux, windows and common os, that dosent mean you know where you find the registryeditor. Its more like open a terminal and do all the stuff in scripting instaed off normaly click the GuI. Fundamentals, fundamentals, fundamentals. Cant say enough. The HTTP protocol didnt vhange the past 40 years. Thats first off all before you should worry about a coding language, if you know all the previous stuff iam pretty sure you have learned some language on the fly. But for your question: You should learn foremost C++/C , Rust, Python, Ruby if you want write some exploits, foremost PowerShell and Bash scripting will help you more on „daily hacking“ stuff.
