Can I develop games in Intel i5 1240p with Intel Iris XE graphics (unreal or unity)?

I am a fresher college student and thinking of buying HP FQ5010TU ( 1st choice ) Or ACER ASPIRE 5. I wish to know can I start game development with any of those 2 laptop (My bugget is under 60k inr) Please help 🙏🙏

You can do it but as Ipang said it might bring you trouble later. To start off, it's no problem.

Get a PC instead, you can get more RAM and storage than if you had bought a laptop - with same budget. Gaming PC/laptop requires high processing power, fast and large storage (for the installation), huge memory, and blazingly fast graphic adapter. Game development machine should generally have a better hardware specification than that of a player because there will be game dev tools and utilities software running (not just the game itself) in development stages, which means higher demand of system resources.
