Heart Refill

Question

I can't access my courses anymore. It kept saying I should go pro(which I don't have the money for now) or refill my heart with 40boxes or so, I did the first time, my points were taken and no refill happened. I did again and the same result. Meanwhile, the time to my heart Refill is not even ticking.
What do I do please

gets refilled after a few hours... so need to wait.
try to get bits and you can use those instead..
