Not sure what you mean... You can use the web version of sololearn. Or you save your code on your computer and open it with a browser.

To open your html codes in browser on mobile, i suggest you to download some app, one I used is named "acode". Here you can create html files and run it inside app, or navigate to folder you saved code and open with browser.

You can't open html code from sololearn app to browser. This codes are saved to cloud, not on your local machine. If you visit sololearn website, you are already looking at your code from browser so I thing you are asking for codes from app. To run html codes, you need to create html files. You can use any editor you like (even text editor can work, and file need to have ".html" extension) For pc editor I suggest "VS code", for phone you can use "acode" or some other. Check on internet or store to find some web/html editors. When you create html file you can open it with browser you like.
