What is the purpose of .js ?
I am viewing Node.js React.js etc.... Everything are in .js what is the use and purpose and benifits of that and how it differs from other !!

I think it's because it based/made upon JavaScript. So, it's like a library full of JavaScript functions. Think of it like an extension of JavaScript.
