Question

Pls how can I put a project I built with just HTMl, CSS and JavaScript as an App

Must I build it java and flutter to be able to use it as App
I have the project on my laptop and I want to make it as an app and paste it on google play

Someone help me out pls

Html, css, and js are build to work in browsers, so to make app you need to make invoinment for them to run.
This is some article what show you some steps to follow, I never build android app so I can't tell you more about it.
There are many ways to do this, and you can use diferent techologies.
But making android app using html,css and js is not good choice, and is better to use Kotlin language for example, for android.
