In what sequence,should I learn Web development ?

HTML,CSS,BOOTSTRAP,JS ? or should I learn JS first ?

I'd say HTML, CSS and JS. Bootstrap is optional. But you can learn them in the order you want to learn them. I started with JS, for example.
