How do I shift my knowledge of C++ into simple games

Question

My father can create things in blender but doesn't know code. I understand the idea of polymorphism and other things I can see are used for making games, but i don't know what to do with these puzzle pieces I have learned

I havnt written any programs , just interested in making games from scratch, so i dove into c++ about a week and half ago

Ok I wasn't thinking simple enough' thank you that's a good direction to get started, and that would be a great start for me cause I don't have a computer yet, waiting for taxes then I be getting a gaming computer
