you can learn any language if u see infrastructure of apps like these they usually include backend and frontend.
backend usually deals with server and working of app while frontend acts as an interface between client and host. to make an app which have different needs at different lvl you need to learn more than 1 or 2 languages this where working in team comes handy. usually for backend you can use java, c++,php, python,javascript, etc while for frontend you can use java, c++,python and some other languages
