users can change whatever they like about your website whether you use keywords or not.
once your website is loaded in a browser. it can be modified with userscripts.
with violentmonkey add-on for example.
the things that can not be changed are server side scripts...
using keywords helps to scale the font up or down on the entire page accordingly.
