What are prime examples of javascript and c++ uses?

I've seen javascript usable in web development and c++ with unity and game development. What other uses are there? New to coding.

Unity is C#, Unreal Engine is C++ :)

C++ is also used for systems programming, programming desktop applications, or microcontrollers, or industry machines and robots.

Javascript is used mostly on the web but the web is of course huge. With nodejs you can write web backends and other software in javascript, and with electronjs you can even write dekstop applications in javascript, which is becoming more and more popular.
