Your epic bugs?

Did you guys ever created (by accident I hope!) some epic bugs that you will remember a long long time and what was it?

For example I remember once I was at work and moved some PDF files on a server... but I misplaced them and went to have lunch. When I back everyone was in panic cause the server got a bot scanning folders to look for client's PDF... the bot found my files and started to send it to clients, alert them massively as they got new project just arrived. For sure clients called in queue x'D

Actually, i don't have epic bug because i miss something here compared to you.

Years of experience.

that's why i only have a little bug.
along the way in the future, i 'll make a mistake. that is for sure. and when that time is come i'll make sure not to misplace my PDF file.😀

ya one in my website it make my dream crash

Executing SQL update in production environment in transaction and going home without committing​ it. The transaction locked rows and after a while everything got stuck.
