HOW CAN I CREATE SYNCING CALENDAR?

Can i ask how can create a syncing calendar websites, this is will notify user about their works and to alert to their schedules. Just similar to Google Classroom, But the app that i want to create is the SYNCING CALENDAR APP. Anyone? Give me some codes and ideas on how i can start to create it and the best Programming Languages that i need to use?

You can create your web app using django(as you mentioned python) or any other framework. And deploy it to heroku to make it live.
