It Depends On What You Want To Do Learning This Language...

If You Want To Develop UI, It Is 100% Correct.

If You Want To Make A Software Or CLI Based Apps, You Chose Wrong.

Also, Don't Forget To Learn CSS & JS After HTML.
Else, No Use Of Learning It!
