If you mean mathematics solving complex mathematical functions, I have to tell you that C # has many ready-to-use functions in mathematics that you just need to call them.

The involvement of maths is going to strongly depend upon what you are making? And which parts you are involved in? For most programming basic high school maths is recommended/enough. This can be suitable for problem solving, however stronger maths skills will only make things easier. Alot of linear algebra goes into games (and graphics processing in general) , so you may want to consider doing this for a deeper understanding/involvement. To gather an understanding of what you need. I recommend looking for game development tutorials on YouTube and read about it on various websites. Work out what pieces there are and which ones you want to work on and what they entail.
