How do I reset my progress

Question

I learned the very basics of python but then quit. I’m now trying to relearn it but all my progress is already done so the stuff like the projects are already finished. Is there a way to reset my progress. I’m on a iPhone 8 so if there is a setting I need the way to do it for phones
