I noticed your use of the English language is quite good.

How long did it take to get that good, and do you think you still have more to learn.

HTML and other languages are the same.

You can pick up the basics quickly, but being good at it is dependent upon many factors including:
Your personal aptitude
How much you practice
Research tools available
Your own concept of "good"

My advice, just keep learning every day and one day you will realize that you are good at it
