If you want to go into Data Science SQL has the advantage that you start working with data right away whereas in python you first have to learn a lot of basics before you get to work with data. Python has the advantage that you can do much more with it both in general and in the field of data science. Personally I prefer working with python. Sololearn has only a single short course for SQL. The content for python is much more extensive. For Python I recommend taking courses in this order: Python for Beginners Python Data Structures Intermediate Python Python Core Python for Data Science Data Science Machine Learning (Those last two use Python even though it's not in the title.)
