Can anyone who has previously completed a course help me with this please.

I'm very confused , van someone help me with this, please. 1)should I take notes as I go through the lessons, or just go on with it like a social media feed(but a healthy one ). 2)I want to learn python using this app. So please recommend me any other language that I must start (which will help me get into this coding addiction)

If u want to take notes, it is fine but that should not be the main focus. Remember, you will not know everything about a language and number 2, practising and getting used to solving problems is what makes you a programmer. It's more about the skill than knowledge. Yeah knowledge is good, but are you able to apply it. And lastly, do not rush yourself. One language at a time, it takes time to be a programmer 🤔 unless you have superpowers.

I think that sololearn does not cover a lot of important information for new programmers, i use it for entertaining myself now, though i have started to code with sololearn. Personally i prefer books

You can also bookmark important lessons and go through them every once in a while

I suggest u, take notes only those points which u feel difficult, and using this app u can't learn all concepts in python So I recommend to read some good books too :)

I think of it this way: School is about learning. They probably know the best way to teach and make us really learn all that stuff. Then homework may be a very good technique to accomplish the goal of "effective teaching". If I learn C# here, I give myself homework to do, because I believe that it must be effective (because even in school they use this technique) and will help me to learn 😇 It is just a matter of perspective 🙂 Don't hate what is good for you 💕

Haha 😅 Yes, you may be right Calvin [Inactive]. But if we learn something useful then it is to learn how to learn, that is what I'm saying 😇
