I’m looking to use HTML and css on a website I want to do on my spare time but I don’t know an idea for the website. So im looking for peoples opinions on website ideas for beginners.

Uhm, you could try making a clone of a popular website of your choice, that's good for practicing a little bit (you know how the product should look like from the beginning so you just have to code it "in the right way") and it's also kinda fun.
