I am learning html and css now a days, so how i can go forward in web developing and programing and which is best platform for coding....
please help me.... love you all.

To be honest, i will advise you to learn Javascript and probably follow the MERN stack
Also try learning bootstrap or
bulma
And the best place to learn all of them is on Youtube

Web development has large area of studying if you want to be frontend developer I will suggest you to learn JavaScript with their frameworks like angular or react

If you want to be a backend development I will suggest you to learn python then moving to it's powerful frameworks like django or flask

but how will i remember a lots of tags and codes.... it will be very dificult...what's your opinion...?
