Nope, public code here in SoloLearn means that the other SoloLearn users can get to see your code. For Apps store you will need to publish.(google it for more)

As RKK said, none of the codes are published at app store or even play store; as they are just pieces of code or projects, not executable files. And as if they were, there is no logical connection between store apps and sololearn. If you want to publish an app on a store, you can write it's code down in a file and use the regular ways to build an executable file : .exe, .deb, .apk, .ipa ect. For mobiles : .apk -> android, .ipa -> mobile ios. Sure you must use apropirate language on your need, BUT ... give a try building one and share it here or anywhere Expecting great things 😁
