Cannot claim certificate

Question

I have finished the course "Coding for Marketers", but when I claimed my certificate, nothing but an error 404 showed up. Is there anyone know how to fix this problem?

Well many people can't even finish they stuck in 96%. I think this is SL's backend issues. Just wait for few days. Everything will be OK. They will sure fix it.

Yes I already tried to use the link but the same 404 error window kept showing up :(

Thats weird because I have already finished my course, and the button "claim certificate" lights up.

Dear Vũ Thị Hải Hà Sololearn has many bugs issues these days... So due to a bug EVERYONE was not able to access their completion certificate even i was too... So now maybe the bug is solved and you can access the certificate ☺️
