In India There are meny engineers are unebloyed. Including Computer Science Engineers. what is its reson ?

They are many reasons behind why most of engineers are unemployed- 1 Outdated learning and exam culture 2 Not good practical wise 3 lack of learning ability 4 lack of knowledge about programming languages 5 lack of knowledge about current technologies 6 Ability to create your own projects,games etc lack behind 7 lack of communication skills 8 Addicted to theory concepts not able to implement in practical wise 9 copy cats (not able create something own of their own ideas) 10 Lack of learning of current trends in IT's
