The appearing of footer tag?

When i write footer tag before header tag the page don't reorder it and i know that i am using this tags because it order them sleves ethier div not do that

But when i watch a video he put footer at the top to explecat that footer tag always in the button of any page ethier i write it on the top but that didn't work with me like video

that's the first time I heard of that behavior... and some google search seems to confirm it, however, when I try, it doesn't work for me too...

maybe it's browser dependent (feature may not be implemented everywhere / at every version for now): better to not rely on this, and place explicitly the footer where it should appear ^^
