Unable to subscribe to pro

Question

For the past, I don't know, 10 weeks I think, I've been trying to subscribe to pro, but I'm unable to. Google says card issuer declined to the request, website says card itself is declined. Now I'm ridden with ads and I'm unable to test my knowledge with the test quiz at the end of each modules. (I'm from India, if anyone's having the same problem please reply)

see buddy code coaches are much better than any lessons or courses if you know the lang intermediately or perfectly.
If you know the langs then you can take a shortcut too!
