Why do I keep seeing the same posts on the Community/Feed section when I'm doing (only a few) downward scrolls ?

Those posts keep on reappearing. Even those of people I don't follow. Why don't I see new ones from other people ?

If it is so, they should reconsider it because seeing the same post three times out of 10 posts seen is unpleasant...
