I have completed project for my clint and it contains lot of images, illustrates, icons and lot of text. it is single page site right now file's size is 18.7 mb or any idea about loading page dynamically when scrolling down. ur help appreciated

Text based files hardly plays a role in website content size. Videos, images and other binary files usually contributes more in increasing content size.

But if you still want to, you can find minifier tools to compress the text based files. Just remember that a minifier reduces text based files with the cost of readability.

Generally people create copies to separate between development code and production code, so the development code is not minified, only production code gets minified.
