Yes, very likely. Oftentimes I see presumably Indian members of this forum ask questions like "Do I have to include iostream.h or iostream?" It's because they use an outdated TC++ and SoloLearn C++ uses a compiler that is a bit newer and complies with C++03 (also outdated but not as outdated as the compiler many of the presumably Indian members of this forum use).
