For Android app learn Kotlin and Java.

For IOS Learn Swift 4.

It seems, you are a beginner so your question is incomplete. If you want to develop app for android you can go with Java or Kotlin. If you want to develop app for Iphone then go with Swift4 if You want to develop game app then go with C++, C#. If you want to develop web app then go with (html, css, javascript, php). Thanks.

there are three ways
you can make each version for andriod using java and ios using xcode or swift
or you can use just one framework for the 2 using flutter dart or react native or xamarin(C😓#)
you can also create a website and convert it to an app using ionic or cordova
