I would like to tell you that mobile apps are no strong enough for app, web or game development. Eventually you will have to move to computers and it would be wonderful if you are able to start on computers giving you a headstart. However if you still want to download mobile apps, you can search for other apps like code playgrounds, online also. Thank u bro. You can also help me with computer softwares and how I can install the softwares. I mean free softwares i can use offline. But that of mobile apps to are needed so I can be able to practice anywhere offline

In Mobile you cannot develop a higher apps and games

But you can make apps without coding in mobiroller app and this is free app
