Flutter is software development kit created by Google. It's fully open source and it's an ui based software.
It is used to develop applications for Android, iOS, Linux, Mac, Windows, and many more.

DART is the official programming language of flutter, but it's Support Kotlin and many more too...

It's based on one code - that can be runned on many devices - without creating a version for every type.
