My question about ROM

Why mobile company says that "This mobile has 4gb RAM and 64gb ROM"... If a mobile phone has ROM then why they are not use Secondary memories.

ROM is one kind of secondary memory. And you use that memory all the time. The whole OS of your phone resides in the ROM along with all of your images and files (if you're not using external storage obviously).

ROM : Read Only Memory RAM : Random Access Memory the first only hold static data (non modifiable) while the second can store data (read/write)

This section is for programming related. Better to search in google about these kind of questions... But on my knowledge, " there are also secondary memories Mobiles can support , and memory cards are best example.. Is not it?
