If you mean, can you program your website using Python, yes, but you need a Django website server setup and that's not so common.

If you mean, how can you show off your talent using Python, then just describe your best projects and host those project files on GitHub.com. Many companies will appreciate the fact you know how to use GitHub for source code management. That is the benefit of posting your source code there.
