How to fix Google "Discovered — Currently not Indexed" Error

Hi guys, I have a website full of blog posts saved in a designated folder (you som'n like www.abcxyz.com/example/how-to-help-a-mate.html), according to categories and years, I submitted my sitemap to Google for crawling but it perceives most of the webpages as duplicate contents because they all had "/example/" similar to them in the fake webpage above. This is despite having different meta (canonical inclusive) tags and contents (of course). The manual way to do it on Google console is "temporarily suspended" according to Google and now, I'm stuck with Google choosing to index a few of my numerous blog posts. I thought I've tried everything, but Sololearn. Y'all gotta help me!
