After HTML & CSS, JavaScript will be needed if you want to work on front-end dev which then you can learn JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as React.Js and Vue.js . However, PHP has been widely used for years on server-side which then you can learn Symphony or Laravel as PHP frameworks .
And Python is the most popular one available for machin learning.
