What exactly is a static webpage?

Answer 1

A webpage that shows the exact same content regardless of which user has visited it, or on which day.
Dynamic on the other hand shows different content to different users and different content to the same user on a different day, there's more that describes a dynamic webpage but a bit lazy to explain :)

Static Webpage :-
A static webpage is a webpage whose content is totally written by a user like a blog.

While Dynamic webpages is opposite of static webpage, they are automatically generated by a server or JS logics by using the viewer query like the Search result of Google which is dynamically generated by Google Servers for our query ...
