How to create a domain???

Question

not from any source Hosting server....
make a domain of our own ?

@Mrinal You can use Xamp Server and needs a Internet connection for ISP which enable this and now anyone with your IP(provided by ISP) and port (80 in most case) can access to files and it will look like http://198.169.1.3/ if you want own domain like http://mydomain.in you need to point it to your IP in DNS and anyone in the world with internet can access to your content through the IP link or site pointed to IP and it will works globally . But in India top ISP doesn't provide the same as it belongs to business purpose mainly you can try it with local ISP at you locality.

You need to use XAMP OR WAMP OR MAMP Server for PHP and point a domain to its IP. Also needs Tomcat server for JSP. But some ISP doesn't allow to do this may be you have to ask you ISP to allow him for the same. Better is use Any existing hosting provider.
